To Our honored Guests:

Well, it has been a busy year. First, we would like to thank every one who has had the opportunity to visit and enjoy the experience that is Maison Bleu.  Second, we thank you for your patience during our relocation to the New Town Center.  It has certainly been a challenge to be away from the actual day to day routine.  We are confident that we have met that challenge, and are ready to say that the cuisine, service and venue have combined to provide the best possible dining experience available, period.

Jim Shearon deserves a special nod of recognition for his tireless efforts to create a truly unique atmosphere in our new location.  Once our guests enter the main salon, they will realize that the typical will not be expected.  We are now ensconced in a two story atrium space with a Mezzanine level, and private dining room.  We do not have an elevator in our space, but there is one located on the rear of Town Center.

Now, for those who have not had the opportunity to visit us yet, we feel duty bound to let you know a few things before you do visit.  We do not require reservations, but it is strongly recommended that you call ahead to determine if the house will be able to accommodate you.  We do not enjoy turning people away, but we must honor those who have made reservations.  It is the price of popularity.

Our service is not designed to compete with the fast food industry.  Our lunch menu does have a number of options that can be served within twenty minutes, but if you only have 30 to 45 minutes for your lunch we will not compromise the quality of the meal in order to provide it at a drive through pace.

We started this adventure with the understanding and confidence that the residents of Oconee County needed and wanted a place they would be proud to call their own: A restaurant that placed primary emphasis on the food that was served as if it were being served to our own family.  This is our driving motivation.  It is our raison d’etre.

We welcome you to join us on this journey, share in the feast, tell a friend. And, if you are very, very good. . .
